🏢 About the AgencyA large OnlyFans agency managing 50+ models is looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to scale promotional campaigns and drive subscriber growth. The agency already has a strong sales department and a dedicated traffic team — now it’s time to expand with another expert on board.

💼 Responsibilities

  • Manage shoutout promotions (GG promo exchanges and paid GG swaps with other models)
  • Purchase promotional placements on model profiles
  • Track and analyze performance (fan acquisition statistics per campaign)
  • Handle the advertising budget
  • Continuously source new partner models for cross-promotion
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience with OnlyFans traffic promotion
  • Strong understanding of GG promos and swap methods
  • Solid analytical skills and performance tracking
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Remote work — open to candidates globally, ideally familiar with English-speaking traffic networks
💰 Compensation & Conditions
  • Base salary: $700 USD/month
  • Bonus: $0.10 per new fan gained through your campaigns
  • Average monthly earnings: $1,000+ USD (no cap)
  • Biweekly (every 2 weeks) payments in cryptocurrency
  • Fully remote position
  • Support and guidance from the head of traffic, plus room for creativity and experimentation
