💼 Responsibilities

  • Source potential OnlyFans models via Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and dating apps
  • Send cold outreach messages with a compelling pitch about joining the agency
  • Explain how the agency helps models grow their income and manage their accounts
  • Guide interested candidates through the onboarding process
  • Maintain relationships and track sign-up progress
Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment, sales, or influencer outreach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with networking in the adult content or creator economy space
  • Familiarity with OnlyFans and how the platform operates (a plus, not required)
  • Self-motivation and result-oriented mindset
  • Remote availability and ability to work flexible hours
💰 Compensation & Conditions
Remote position with part-time/flexible hours
Two pay options available:
• $15/hour flat rate
• Commission-based: earn a fee for every successfully recruited model
