Teasy Agency is hiring a Chat Team Manager to lead and grow their high-performing OnlyFans chat department. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of chatters, oversee daily chat performance metrics, create engaging message scripts, and ensure all fan conversations align with the models’ brand tone and the agency’s goals.

You’ll need strong team leadership experience, knowledge of fan engagement strategies, and the ability to analyze data to improve conversion rates. If you’re organized, results-driven, and know how to motivate a team in a fast-paced online environment, this role is for you.

This is a remote position (the agency is international).
